Shipping policy

Once an order has been shipped, KR-TCG is not responsible for any delays, loss, theft, misdelivery, or damage that occurs during transit. Shipping carriers are independent third parties, and any issues arising after an order leaves our facility are the sole responsibility of the carrier. By placing an order, you accept these risks.

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please file a claim directly with the carrier. We will provide your order information to assist with the claim process, but we cannot issue refunds, replacements, or store credit for carrier-related issues.
